1. Where to go

Go to our Login & Register page: click Register / Login at the top of the website, or open the member login page.

You can also use the header Login / Register link (wording may vary by language). If checkout or product comments require sign-in, you will be sent to the login flow and should return to your page after a successful login.

2. Login (left column)

1. In the left “Login” block, enter your password and the account field:

• Your username, or

• A registered email (the system maps it to your username), or

• A registered mobile number (the system looks up your username).

2. Optionally tick Remember me if shown, then submit.

3. If the page shows a security code, enter it. After several failed attempts, the site may always ask for a code.

Forgot password: use the SMS or email reset links near the login form and follow the pop-up steps.

3. Register (right column)

1. Fill in:

• Username: at least 3 characters; must be unique (checked live).

• Country / area calling code from the dropdown (e.g. 852, 853, 86). Some codes may change pickup-store options (follow the page).

• Mobile number: required; digits for the local number (do not repeat the full international prefix in this field).

• Email: valid format; duplicates are rejected.

• Password: at least 6 characters, no spaces.

• Confirm password: must match.

2. Tick the box to agree to the Membership Terms & Privacy Policy (use the link on the registration form — it opens the terms in a new page).

3. Submit. If the page shows a security code, enter it before you submit.

Note: If new sign-ups are temporarily closed, the page will tell you and you will not be able to register.

Facebook / third-party: if shown on the page, follow the on-screen steps to connect your account.

4. After registration

Your account is created (whether you are logged in immediately depends on settings). Email validation may be required if enabled.

5. Quick summary

Here is the same information in everyday language:

1. To log in: open the Login / Register page → use the left column → enter your username, email, or mobile number, plus your password → enter the security code if the page asks for one → click Login.

2. To register: on the same page, use the right column → fill in username, country code, mobile, email, password, and confirm password → tick the box to agree to the terms → enter the security code if shown → click Register. The site will check your details and create your account.

3. Forgot your password? click the reset link near the login form and choose SMS or email, then follow the on-screen steps.

6. FAQ

• Mobile rejected? Check code prefix, digits only, and that the number is not already used.

• Username taken? Choose another username.

• Password issues? Length ≥ 6, no spaces, and both fields must match.
