1. Where to start
Open the login page at user.php?act=login (or use the header Login / Register link). Under the login form you’ll find two self-service options:
Reset by SMS
Reset by registered email
Both open in a popup and do not require you to be logged in.
2. Option A — SMS reset
Choose your country calling code, then enter the mobile number (digits only; format is validated per code).
Tap Send code. The site checks that the number belongs to a member and matches stored signup data, then sends an SMS (delivery depends on carriers and your SMS gateway).
In step 2, enter the SMS code. After verification, enter new password and confirm password.
Password must be at least 6 characters and both fields must match.
When finished, return to the login page and sign in with your username and the new password (you may still type email or mobile in the login field as usual).
3. Option B — Email reset
Enter the email address tied to your account (valid address with
@).Tap Send code. If the address is unknown, an error is shown—double-check spelling or try SMS.
Check your inbox/spam for the code; enter it in step 2.
Set a new password (≥6 characters, both fields must match) and submit.
Return to
user.php?act=loginand sign in.
4. Still stuck?
Wait a few minutes or use Resend after the countdown.
SMS “no account”: number may differ from what’s on file—try email or support.
Email never arrives: verify the address; if it persists, contact support so mail/API logs can be checked.
