How to Track Your Order

After placing an order, you can check its status, shipping details, and payment progress in your member account. If you have not registered yet, please register or log in (use the same email or mobile number as when you ordered so your orders appear correctly).

1. Open “My Orders”

  1. Click Register / Login at the top of the site and sign in.
  2. Go to your member centre and open My Orders (order history).
  3. Filter by status, for example: all orders, pending payment, awaiting shipment, awaiting receipt, to review, after-sales, and more.

2. View order details

Click an order number in the list to see:

  • Order number and order date;
  • Items, quantities, and amounts;
  • Delivery address and recipient;
  • Payment method and shipping fee;
  • Current order status (see below).

3. Order status guide

  • Pending payment: the order is created but not yet paid. Please pay within the time shown; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
  • Awaiting shipment: payment received—we are preparing or dispatching your order.
  • Shipped / awaiting receipt: the parcel has been handed to the courier—you can use the tracking number to follow delivery.
  • Received: you have confirmed receipt; you may leave a review or apply for a return or exchange if eligible.
  • After-sales: a return, exchange, or refund request is in progress—check “service orders” in your account.

4. Track shipping (waybill)

  1. On a shipped order, open the order details and find the courier / tracking number.
  2. If the page shows a track shipment link, click it to open the carrier’s tracking page (e.g. SF Express).
  3. You can also enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website directly.

Orders to Hong Kong and Macau often use SF Express or pickup points—the exact method is shown on your order and on Shipping & Payment.

5. Confirm receipt

After checking your parcel, tap Confirm receipt in My Orders. This completes the order on our system and lets you leave a review or apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of confirming receipt (see our returns policy).

We recommend checking the parcel on delivery. If anything is missing or damaged, take photos and contact us before confirming receipt.

6. Can’t find your order?

  • Make sure you are logged in with the same account used when ordering.
  • For guest checkout, register with your order email or contact us with your order number + email / mobile.
  • New orders may take a short time to appear—refresh My Orders after a few minutes.

7. Paid but not shipped yet?

During busy periods or if an item is out of stock, dispatch may take longer. If it exceeds the usual handling time on Shipping & Payment, contact us with your order number.
