What are promo codes / cash vouchers?

On the QUNMARA website, a promo code is a cash voucher (coupon). Each voucher has a fixed discount amount, a minimum spend, and a validity period. At checkout, you select or enter the code to reduce the product subtotal (shipping is usually calculated separately—see the checkout page for the final total).

1. How to claim a promo code

  1. Register or log in first (you must be signed in to claim vouchers).
  2. On the homepage, scroll to the Limited Time Cash Coupon section.
  3. Tap Claim now. After a successful claim, your voucher code appears on the right side of the card (some campaigns also show a QR code).
  4. The same flow applies on promotion or campaign pages. Some vouchers may be for VIP or new members only—follow the labels on the page.

If you see “Already claimed”, “Used”, or “Expired”, that voucher cannot be claimed again or is no longer valid.

2. Where to view your vouchers

  1. Sign in and open your member centre.
  2. Go to Cash Coupon (My vouchers).
  3. Check each voucher’s name, code, value, minimum spend, expiry date, and status.

3. How to use a voucher at checkout

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout (see Shopping and Placing an Order). After entering your delivery details and choosing shipping, find the Use cash voucher section. You can use either method below:

Method A: Select from your account

  1. Open the Please select a cash voucher dropdown and choose a voucher that meets your order amount.
  2. The order total updates automatically.

Method B: Enter the code manually

  1. Type or paste your voucher serial number into the input field (the number shown after you claim).
  2. Click Validate voucher.
  3. If validation succeeds, the discount appears in the order summary—then tap Place order to pay.

If both the dropdown and the input field are shown, you only need one method; follow what appears on your checkout page.

4. Important rules

  • Member account required: vouchers are tied to your account; guest checkout cannot use claimed vouchers.
  • Minimum spend: the product subtotal must meet the voucher’s minimum amount, or it cannot be applied.
  • Validity period: expired vouchers cannot be validated or used.
  • One-time use: once used on an order, a voucher is marked as used and cannot be applied again.
  • Non-transferable: codes are for the account that claimed them only.
  • Other promotions: some sales, bundles, or special offers may not allow vouchers—the checkout page is final.

5. FAQ

Validation failed / voucher not found?
Check the code for typos or extra spaces, confirm you are logged into the same account used to claim, and that the voucher is not used or expired.

My voucher is missing from the dropdown?
Common reasons: order amount below the minimum spend, voucher expired, or already used on another order. Check status under Cash Coupon in your account.

Can I stack multiple vouchers?
Generally, one cash voucher per order.

Can I return items after using a voucher?
See our Returns & Exchanges policy. If an entire order is cancelled, whether a used voucher is restored depends on the voucher type and campaign rules—please contact us for help.
