 1. Select products and add them to the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.
 2. Enter shipping details and select a delivery method.
 3. Choose a payment method and enter credit card details or select third-party payment options (e.g., PayPal, Alipay).
 4. Review order details and click “Confirm Payment”.
 5. Once payment is successful, an order confirmation email will be sent, and the order status can be checked under “My Orders” in the account dashboard.
 
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available in select regions)
 1. Select products and proceed to checkout.
 2. Enter shipping address and choose “Cash on Delivery”.
 3. Confirm the order.
 4. Payment will be made to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package (some regions may only accept cash).
 
✅ Promo Codes & Store Credit
 • Enter the promo code in the discount field at checkout, and the eligible discount will be applied automatically.
 • Store credit can be used for payment, but if the balance is insufficient, another payment method must be selected.

Currently, multiple payment methods cannot be combined (e.g., Credit Card + PayPal). However, store credit + credit card or promo codes + credit card can be used together.
 
✅ Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need to modify it, cancel the order and place a new one.
 
✅ How can I check my payment history?
 • Log in to “My Account > Order History” to view payment status and order details.
 • If you paid via PayPal or bank transfer, log into your PayPal/banking account to check the transaction history.
 
✅ Does Qunmara offer installment payments?
Currently, Qunmara does not support installment payments. However, customers may use their credit card’s installment plan if supported by their issuing bank.
