1. Understand the return and exchange policy

b. Normally, an order can only be exchanged once. To protect your rights, please consider carefully before contacting us.
c. Customers can apply for a replacement within 3 days of receipt (based on the date of receipt). Please contact online customer service first and confirm with them before exchanging.
d. Due to shipping errors or quality issues with the product, an exchange can be applied for.
e. Underwear, socks, and plastic pants belong to personal hygiene products, and are not refundable or exchanged for non quality issues;
Unable to apply for return or exchange after being worn, washed, stained, or damaged;
Gifts, tags, accessories, and packaging that are damaged or lost cannot be returned or exchanged
Goods that have been received for more than 3 days (based on the date of receipt) cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Express the goods back to the store or deliver them to the store (contact customer service for specific address)
5. Store acceptance and exchange (or check the reason for return)
6. Exchange: Redelivery to customer or store for direct exchange
Out of stock: Financial refund (referring to discontinued production)
