Qunmara After-Sales Process

 

1. Request for Return or Exchange

 • Timeframe: Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Late requests will not be accepted.

 • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

 • How to Apply:

 1. Log in to your account > Go to Order Management > Select Request Return/Exchange.

 2. Provide the reason for return and upload photos of the item (for defective products, photos are required).

 3. Choose Return or Exchange and submit the request.

 

2. Review & Approval

 • Processing Time: Requests will be reviewed within 1-2 business days.

 • Approval Status:

 •  Approved: Customers will receive return instructions (including return address and shipping details).

 •  Rejected: If the request does not meet return criteria, customer service will provide an explanation.

 

 3. Return Shipping

 • Return Method: Ship the item back using the designated courier service to the return address provided by customer support.

 • Return Deadline: Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval, and customers should provide the tracking number to customer service.

 • Shipping Fees:

 • Quality issues / Wrong item sent: Qunmara will cover the return shipping cost.

 • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., size not suitable, change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

 • Refunds:

 • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

 • Any store credits or discount coupons used will not be refunded.

 • Exchanges:

 • Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped within 3-5 business days, and the tracking number will be provided.

 

 5. Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

 • Items show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor and cannot be resold.

 • Lingerie and intimate wear cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect due to hygiene reasons.

 • Missing accessories, tags, labels, or original packaging.

 • The returned item does not match the request details.
