Bra Size Guide
Find Your Perfect Fit
Choosing the right bra size is not about numbers alone — it is about comfort, support, and how your body feels throughout the day.
This guide will help you measure correctly and understand how bra sizing works.
Step 1 — Measure Your Bust (Overbust)
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts.
✔ Keep the tape level across your back
✔ Do not pull too tight
✔ Stand naturally (do not lift your chest)
✔ Wear a thin, non-padded bra for accuracy
This measurement is your Bust Size.
Step 2 — Measure Your Underbust (Band Size)
Wrap the measuring tape firmly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
✔ Keep the tape parallel to the ground
✔ Pull snug but not tight
✔ Breathe normally
This measurement is your Underbust Size.
Step 3 — Calculate Your Cup Size
Your cup size is determined by the difference between:
Bust Measurement – Underbust Measurement
Example
Bust: 90 cm
Underbust: 75 cm
Difference: 15 cm
15 cm difference = C Cup
Cup Size Reference Chart (CM)
| Difference (cm) | Cup Size |
|---|---|
| 10–12 cm | A Cup |
| 12–14 cm | B Cup |
| 14–16 cm | C Cup |
| 16–18 cm | D Cup |
| 18–20 cm | E Cup |
| 20–22 cm | F Cup |
Sizing may vary slightly by brand.
Step 4 — Determine Your Band Size
Use your underbust measurement to determine band size.
| Underbust (cm) | Band Size |
|---|---|
| 68–72 cm | 32 |
| 73–77 cm | 34 |
| 78–82 cm | 36 |
| 83–87 cm | 38 |
| 88–92 cm | 40 |
Example Size Calculation
Bust: 90 cm
Underbust: 75 cm
Band: 34
Cup: C
Final Size: 34C
How Should a Bra Fit?
A properly fitted bra should:
✔ Sit level across your back
✔ Feel supportive without digging
✔ Have cups that fully contain your breast tissue
✔ Stay in place when you raise your arms
✔ Not cause red marks or discomfort
When Should You Re-Measure?
Your bra size may change due to:
• Hormonal changes
• Weight fluctuation
• Pregnancy
• Postpartum recovery
• Aging
• Changes in exercise routine
We recommend re-measuring every 6–12 months.
Fit Philosophy
At icmarts, we believe bra sizing is not about shaping the body into a fixed standard —
it is about understanding how your body changes and choosing support that adapts with you.
Comfort is not optional. It is foundational.
